General Policy

At Adgency Media, we prioritize client satisfaction and performance accountability. However, due to the nature of our services—which involve strategy development, human resource time, ad campaign deployment, platform-specific investments, and proprietary systems—all payments made to Adgency Media are non-refundable once service work has commenced.
2. Service Nature & Initiation Clause
Adgency Media provides performance marketing, lead generation systems, DFY campaigns, SEO services, and white-labeled sales frameworks. Given the strategic and digital nature of these services, work may begin immediately after client onboarding, discovery, or strategy calls.
Once work has commenced—defined as any of the following:

A kick-off or strategy call

Access granted to your ad accounts or systems

Creation of ad creatives, funnel designs, or campaign architecture

Initiation of competitor research, keyword planning, or audience analysis
—the client is deemed to have received partial or full delivery of services. At that point, no refund will be processed.
3. Exceptions — Refund Eligibility (If Applicable)
Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate payments made in error

Failure to initiate service within 15 calendar days from the date of full payment, provided no communication or execution activity has been initiated from the client side

Technical errors during online transactions leading to overcharges
All valid refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@easyclientsystem within 7 days of the transaction date. Any requests made beyond this window will not be entertained.
4. No Performance-Based Refunds

We do not provide refunds on the basis of subjective expectations, performance variances, or outcome dissatisfaction—especially in marketing campaigns where results are influenced by multiple external variables, including ad platforms, target audience behavior, and third-party integrations.

5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or raising a dispute without prior written communication will be considered a violation of these Terms. Adgency Media reserves the right to pursue legal action and report such cases to relevant platforms and authorities.

info@easyclientsystem.com with your name, invoice ID, and explanation. We aim to resolve such issues within 7–10 business days.
