Privacy Policy
How Adgency Media collects, uses and protects personal data.
About This Policy
Adgency Media ("Adgency Media", "the Agency", "we", "us") is a sole proprietorship registered in India (Udyam registration number UDYAM-JK-21-0017982). We work with clients in the United Kingdom and the United States and have partners and working employees in London, New York and New Jersey.
This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use adgencymedia.com or send us an enquiry. We decide how your enquiry data is used, which makes us the "controller" of it. Contact: help@adgencymedia.com. Our full business particulars are stated in our signed contracts.
Last updated: 5 October 2026.
Who This Site Is For
This site is for adults (18 or over) and for businesses. When you send an enquiry, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Section "Age" below explains what we do if that turns out to be untrue.
Data We Collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect:
- your name, email address and, if you give it, phone number;
- your country, business type and what you need (website, CRM, inventory system or custom software);
- the message you write and any details about tools you currently use;
- a record that you ticked the consent box confirming you are 18 or over.
We also receive technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as your IP address and browser details, and the result of a spam-protection check. We do not ask for sensitive data (such as health or financial account details) and ask you not to send any.
Booking a Call
If you book a call, we collect your name, email address, the time you chose, your time zone and, if you give it, what you would like to talk about, together with your confirmation that you are 18 or over. We store this in a database hosted by Cloudflare, use it to hold your slot, send you a confirmation with a calendar file and a cancellation link, and notify us. We keep booking details only for as long as we need them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. You can cancel a booking with the link in your confirmation email.
Why We Use It
We use your enquiry data only to contact you about your enquiry: to reply, to send you an automatic confirmation message, and to discuss the scope of work where we can help. We also use technical data to keep the site secure and stop spam and abuse.
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, our legal bases are your consent (the box you tick on the form), our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and keeping our site secure, and, if you go ahead, steps needed to prepare a contract. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we rely on the consent you give by submitting the form.
We do not use your enquiry for marketing newsletters or for third-party analytics, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who Handles Your Data
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with anyone for their own purposes. To run the site and deal with your enquiry we use service providers who process data only on our behalf:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, network security, the Turnstile spam check and the database that holds call bookings;
- Resend: sending the enquiry notification, booking confirmations and the confirmation message (we use its Ireland region);
- Zoho: our business email, where enquiries are received.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
Where Your Data Goes
We are based in India, so your enquiry is received and stored in India. Our providers may also process data in Ireland, the United States and other countries. Where the law requires safeguards for sending personal data across borders, we use appropriate protections such as our providers' data protection terms and standard contractual clauses. Contact us for more information.
How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry data only for as long as we need it to reply to you and discuss your project, and we delete old enquiries from time to time. If you become a client, records we must keep to deliver the work and meet legal, tax and accounting duties are kept for as long as those duties require and are covered by your contract. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Age
This site and our services are strictly for adults. You must be 18 or over to send an enquiry, and by submitting the form you confirm that you are. If we find that someone has given a false age and is under 18, we immediately delete their data and will not communicate or work with them in any way, even if they are a day away from turning 18, and even through a parent or guardian.
Cookies and Analytics
We use only the limited browser storage needed to run the site and the spam-protection check. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. See our Cookie policy.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), spam protection on our forms and limited access to enquiry data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to erase your data;
- object to or restrict some uses of your data;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can also request access, correction and erasure and use our grievance process below. US residents in states with privacy laws have similar rights. We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context advertising and will not treat you differently for using your rights.
Email us to use a right. We may need to confirm who you are, and we will reply within the time the law allows.
