At Adgency Media, we prioritize transparency and client satisfaction across all our digital offerings. This Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered under Adgency Media, including its sub-brand Easy Client System.

1. DFY Systems (Done-For-You Systems via Easy Client System)

​

  • DFY systems are delivered instantly via email upon successful payment, and due to the nature of digital delivery, cancellations are not permitted once payment is processed.

  • The only exception to this policy is in the case of duplicate payments. If a customer has inadvertently paid twice for the same DFY system, they may request a refund for the duplicate payment by submitting the following details to info@easyclientsystem.com:

    • Transaction ID(s)

    • Screenshot of the payment(s)

    • Full name and email ID used at the time of purchase

    • Registered phone number

  • Requests without sufficient proof will not be entertained.

2. Custom Services (Lead Generation, Performance Marketing, Strategic Consulting, etc.)

​

  • For services outside the DFY scope, clients may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment and before onboarding has begun.

  • Once the onboarding process has started or any work has commenced, cancellations are not allowed.

  • For ongoing service retainers, clients must give a minimum of 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle to pause or cancel the agreement.

3. Delays or Non-Compliance by Client

  • If the delivery of services is delayed due to the client’s failure to provide essential information, access, or approvals, Adgency Media reserves the right to hold the project timeline. No cancellation or refund will be issued in such scenarios.

4. Company-Initiated Cancellations

​

  • In the rare event that Adgency Media cannot proceed with a service due to internal constraints, the client will be informed promptly, and any unused portion of the service may be refunded at our discretion.
